Responsible for driving Apple Enterprise Solutions
The candidate is expected to be thorough with IT Infra, Networking & Security Knowledge of Device Management (esp. Jamf) would be an added advantage.
A Typical day would look like Consulting IT Admins on Deployment, Management & Security for Apple Devices - Mac, iPhone & iPad Delivering Effective Proof of Concept (PoC)
Resolve issues & provide ongoing support to customers in above mentioned areas
Work with multiple OEMs to find solution to customer challenges Helping end-users in their transition to Apple Platforms - Mac & iOS Additionally Be the technical representative in Ample's customer event
Training & Enablement sessions for end-users/ IT at customer locations Imparting & on-going initial training to sales teams on latest Apple products & Apple centric technologies.
The candidate should have hands-on experience
1. Either managing IT Infra, Netwokring, Security (or) End Point devices in mid-sized organization
2. Or worked as Pre-Sales Consultatnt in any of the above Areas
3. Good to Have - MDM Certifications (or) understanding 4. Should be an effective communicator with great presentation skills
Technical (or) Consulting background in End-user computing & Enterprise Mobile Solutions would be a great fit.
Strategic Activities
Partner with the Product Head - in identifying & creating solution offerings to take to the market Indirectly drive the prodfiability of the business unit - with effective planning alongside the Product Head Build & execute the solutions roadmap with long term customer benefits, retention & profitability in mind
