Qualification : Be/btech - Mechanical / Electrical

Experience : 15-25 Years

Job Requirement:

Develop market, Lead & build and Manage Team who will work on various projects for following scope of works:

1. MEP Design (Commercial & Industrial)

2. 3rd Party MEP Commissioning

3. Risk Assessments

4. Due Diligence

5. Audits

6. IST Works

7. Operation System Reviews Execution of project need to be completed with • Quality • Timely characteristics • Manging Project Team Productivity • Technically This will result in customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibility of the individual will be to carry out business development & client management. Act as a point of Escalation for all the projects in the region for execution & drive the execution team to deliver the services assigned as per the client requirements & timelines. Manage day to day reporting & project team matters related to the service & gets the project executed.

DETAILED KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Well connected with Project Management, Architects, Cost Consultants, Key Influencers from Clients side for developing business in the region.

2. Develop a strong team for Project design.

3. Be a Zonal Head / Manager & SPOC for all escalations related to project activities & manage the design team for any services as given above.

4. Participating in key meetings & workshops of the project where needed.

5. Keep updated on the reference guides/ codes for MEP services

6. Review the design drawings prepared by team for the project.

7. Load analysis for structural loading or slab strengthening.

8. Review Head load / Electrical load list indicating critical loads, MD calculations and single line diagrams / HVAC schematics.

9. Prepare/Review DBR & Concept design reports for MEP Systems.

10. Review the design and prepare circuitries and layouts for large power, small power, lighting, Ducting layout, Diffuser layouts, FAPA, Sprinklers, Plumbing etc.

11. Coordinating MEP Systems.

12. Review technical submittals and provide comments as necessary on time.

13. Preparing RCP layouts

14. Motivate the team to complete the projects in an effective and timely manner.

15. Preparing Strategies for business development required for Industrial sector

16. Manage the existing design team and the designing for commercial sector

17. Understand the requirements of the projects & details of the projects in order to guide the team.

18. Identify quality issues & prepare site quality reports as required

19. Review the records of Design & Development prepared by the team

20. Review all the as fitted layouts & documents.

21. Should be Technically efficient in managing the queries of team and client as per the project requirements.

22. Report to the higher management on regular basis on project status & updates.

23. Keep Project on track with timely observations & Documentations.

24. Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, Technical aspects

25. Assigns responsibilities to supporting Managers & Engineers to get the project executed.

26. Having a close check on Supporting Engineers & Managers work towards service delivery.

27. Keeping a close track on project milestones, Billing cycles & Outstanding amounts

28. Complete the project within time lines & meet the Client requirements.

29. Keeping a close interaction with project team for new upcoming projects & opportunities for business.

30. Grooms Supporting Engineers for the service offered for the project.

31. Help in developing & documenting case studies for the project.

32. Keep Track of Projects TDS certificates & collect them by end of each quarter.

33. Keep track of Project expenses (Travel, Lodging Boarding, Food & Other project related expenses)

34. Develop Healthy professional relationships with other project team members such as Architects, PMC’s MEP Designers, Cost Consultants, Contractors.

35. Generate leads for new upcoming projects from the contacts & links developed during the project execution works or through past associations.

36. Pass on the leads to Directors & accompany Directors for handling the enquiry & work along with them for converting the same into a Work order.

37. Fix up meetings & interactions with key individuals to develop professional relationships & attend meetings along with directors as & when planned.

38. Develop a network of people & maintain professional relationships with other team members even after project works are completed which will help in generating new project leads.

39. Along with good written & verbal communication skills should be a good leader & manager
